This is a guide to help you keep healthy skin. It's not a one day thing so don't expect it to work straight away...
1. Try to Drink at least 7 glasses of water a day
2. Try and eat a variety of fruit and veggies every day as it will give vitamins that improve skin health
3. Eat fish because it gives you vitamins
4. Always put on sunscreen when you go outside (unless you are allergic). This will keep you safe from sunburns!
5. Moisturise every second day because if you do everyday your skin will become oily!
6. Wash your face with warm water two times a day to give it a clean from dirt and germs.
Follow these steps and you will have healthy skin. You will be able to see and feel the improvement as you will feel as fresh as a daisy!
